Quality Control

We look at every batch of products before we send them out. We check a lot of things like how the material smells how well it is sewn, the quality of the printing. If it is the right size. We also make sure that parts like zippers and Velcro work smoothly and will last. We keep some products from each batch so that if there are any problems we can help our customers figure out what went wrong. This helps our customers because they have problems with returns and complaints about the quality of our products. We do this because we want our customers to be happy, with what they buy from us. This way we can avoid problems on with our products and services.
